Chef Alessandro Cannata, new Chef of Restaurant Gusto under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Julien Schillaci, transforms a simple brunch into an extraordinary sensory experience. And so the Italian journey begins with a vast array of scrumptious antipasti - vittello tonnato, carpaccios of beef and fish, grilled vegetables, shrimps, prawns, mixed Italian salads, a delicious mozzarella bar, sliced to order Parmaham – and continues with typical warm specialties from the North and South ofItaly. The risotto or pasta fresca of the day is prepared “ à la minute” infront of you.
The generous assortment of cheeses is the perfect excuse to taste all the fresh breads on offer, eithernatural or flavored with tomatoes, olives or fruits.
