In the 18 century manor, chef Jérôme Manifacier express all his creativity. “Le Parc des Eaux-Vives is probably one of the most sought-after places in Geneva and I am very lucky to be able to offer my new concept here”.
Guests enjoy a French cuisine with some Asian touches, inspired by his recent trips like the sweet-and-sour beef or the crayfish with pecan nuts and black sesame.
Native from south of France, he gives a great attention to happy moments all together in friendly atmosphere. The place features an all-in-one space with a bar, a restaurant and a terrace where gourmets enjoy chef’s creations.
To fully enjoy the experience, the chef designed a “carte blanche” discovery menu.
Opening hours: from Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to midnight for Le Bar and from 7pm to midnight for the restaurant.
