The Sunday temptation of Hotel Metropole welcomes you in a chic lounge atmosphere, around a sumptuous transalpine buffet dedicated to the flavours of Italy. A Bellini and Prosecco Bar complete the seduction.

Chef Alessandro Cannata, Chef of Restaurant Gusto under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Julien Schillaci, transforms a simple brunch into an extraordinary sensory experience. And so the Italian journey begins with a vast array of scrumptious antipasti - vitello tonnato, carpaccios of beef and fish, grilled vegetables, shrimps, prawns, mixed Italian salads, a delicious mozzarella bar, sliced to order Parmaham – and continues with typical warm specialties from the North and South of Italy. The risotto or pasta fresca of the day is prepared “ à la minute” in front of you.

The generous assortment of cheeses is the perfect excuse to taste all the fresh breads on offer, either natural or flavored with tomatoes, olives or fruits.

Aurélien Houillon, Pastry Chef, completes your journey to a shore of sweets divided into three themes:the classics, fruit compositions and chocolate interpretations.
